I have temporarily set up a yahoo group for support and education on all genetic mutations relating to Arabian horses.

All are welcomed with a full name and approval of me the owner of the group.

Our horses are affected by such genetic mutations as SCID, CA, LFS, GPT, JES and other problems directly related in genetics to lines of horses.

Nothing posted on this site is speculation, I will not post anything unless I can back up every detail with fact and permission from the owner of any horses mentioned.

I am currently working on a research project collecting data on Straight Egyptian horses who have been tested for SCID and CA.  Also included in this research data I am compiling is knowledge of occurrences of LFS, JES and GPT among the SE population.

If you have a horse who falls under any of the above categories, please contact me via email and I assure the utmost in confidentiality pertaining to your horses.  No horse's name will be mentioned without a signed release from the owner of the horse.  I am also willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement to assure I am legally accountable for obtaining information about your horses in confidence.
